然后根据这 28 cell types 的基因可以把CRC分成两类,如下:
We then performed microarray expression experiments and analyzed the 681 probes in tumors from 105 CRC patients and five histologically normal colon mucosa. Two clusters of patients were found, and 372 probes were significantly differentially expressed between the two groups (Figure 1B).
两组病人高表达的基因分别是:
- An overrepresentation of highly expressed genes specific for T cell populations and subpopulations of Th1, Tγδ, cytotoxic T cells as well as for macrophages and mast cells was significantly associated with the patient cluster 1 (all p values < 0.05).
- In comparison, patient cluster 2 showed an overrepresentation of highly expressed genes specific for eosinophil, Tcm, Th2, Th17, Treg, and NK cell subpopulations (all p values < 0.05).
